You need to be able to work within a small team, have a sense of humour and a how can we make this work attitude while maintaining a focus on quality of delivery.Reports to: RTO ManagerTo support the sustainable operations of our RTO so that we maintain quality whilst meeting the needs of our clients.Role overviewAs the RTO quality officer, you will have a good understanding of the day to day running of an RTO as well as the standards for RTOs. Your role will include supporting the RTO manager as needed with quality and compliance activities, monitoring trainer and assessor currency required, and preparing for and supporting internal and external audits. You will also work closely with the RTO administrator to support their work, providing assistance to them with enrolments and regulatory reporting as required. We are open to a full or part time person for this role and offer the flexibility to work from home as well as in our office in Brisbane.Core workQuality Assurance of assessments via our online assessment portal.Supporting the process for issuance of qualifications and certificates, including reviewing evidence and packaging rules.Reviewing and supporting trainers with updating their currency and competency matrixes.Supporting the RTO manager in preparing for and participating in internal and external audits.Assisting the RTO administrator with enrolments as needed.Assisting the RTO administrator with data reports as required.Supporting the RTO manager with development of assessments and resources.Qualifications and experienceExperience working in a small to medium sized RTO.Experience using a student management system as part of requirements to manage enrolments to VET and funding standards (preferably Axcelerate).Experience navigating and using LMS systems to view, QA and check active courses and learning evidence (Canvas and Cloud Assess ideally).Ideally you hold, or are working towards a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.Previous experience with the Food/Meat processing industries would be advantageous but not essential.Confident in use of digital technology and systems in your day to day work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
