WHAT YOU''LL NEED TO SUCCEED You''re a CA-qualified accountant whos mastered the art of partnering with senior stakeholders, providing the robust commercial insights that drive their decision-making. You''re a motivated self-starter, capable of building powerful working relationships across both finance and non-finance teams. A key project on your to-do list will be to plan and implement the critical in-housing of the finance function from external accountants, so previous experience in this will be invaluable! Superhuman Excel skills and a hit-the-ground-running knowledge of Power BI and Xero will be a distinct advantage.
