In this pivotal role, youll shape how Serco competes and grows across key markets by integrating intelligence, analytics, and capture support. Youll work closely with stakeholders from Sales, Finance, Corporate Affairs, and Executive Leadership, using insights to drive smarter decisions and improve our win rate across Defence, Justice, Health, and Infrastructure portfolios. As a Head of Growth Enablement in the Sales Intelligence team, youll make a positive impact by: Leading the development of market, competitor, and longrange opportunity insights Supporting capture and bid teams with decisionready data and strategy Overseeing CRM, analytics platforms, and dashboard reporting to improve outcomes Embedding lessons learned into tools, templates, and decision frameworks Championing innovative technologies that enhance competitiveness Engaging senior executives with analysis that guides investment and pipeline priorities Drive strategic outcomes that matter Youll be responsible for delivering actionable insights that directly enhance Sercos competitiveness, growth, and profitability.
