As part of our team, youll help deliver challenging projects, supported by leadership within an inclusive peoplefirst culture.About the RoleBMDs Constructions business unit is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to be based in Brisbane, as we continue to expand our footprint across Queensland. With a strong and sustainable base in the market, this is a pivotal leadership role focused on both strategic bidding and successful project execution.This position will see you initially support key tenders across the transport, defence, and renewable energy sectors, bringing your insight and expertise to shape winning bids. Upon project award, you will take full responsibility for leading project delivery, ensuring outcomes align with BMD Group national standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.As a Project Director, you will play a crucial role in driving project and business unit performance across financial, safety, cultural, and client relationship outcomes.
