General Manager | Multi Site | Aesthetics + Health Clinics (Part Time / Casual , 3 Days/Week) Location: Sunshine Coast + multi site travel Package: $120,000.00 + Performance Incentives Del Mar Aesthetics is seeking a sharp, commercially minded, and grounded General Manager to lead on the ground sales performance across our Sunshine Coast clinics. The Role This is a handson commercial leadership position. Youll work across multiple clinics, ensuring each site delivers at the highest level; strengthening systems operationally, clinically, and commercially. Youll sit within the leadership team and serve as the ontheground anchor for performance and elevating standards. Clinic Coordinators Clinical Leads (Head Nurse + Physician) You will form part of the governance team and your presence will set the tone: professional, steady, solutions focused, and aligned with the brands expectations of excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across all clinics Lead Clinic Coordinators and Clinical Leads with confidence and clarity Further develop and analyze sales performance, conversion metrics, and operational KPIs Guide teams to achieve commercial targets and uphold client experience standards Help strengthen systems, SOPs, and compliance Maintain a highperformance culture through accountability and mentorship Identify operational challenges quickly and implement effective solutions Represent leadership across all sites with credibility and professional presence What You Bring Strong business or management background (Business degree preferred) Proven commercial acumen and experience working with sales metrics and performance data A leadership style that commands confidence and establishes credibility naturally Excellent communication and people skills rooted in maturity and grounded professionalism Ability to excel within fastpaced clinical environments while maintaining high standards and strengthening systems A proactive, solutionsfirst approach Industry experience in aesthetics or health is beneficial but not essential.
