This role is an exceptional opportunity to champion community connection and drive participation in one of WA''s most important environmental and social sustainability initiatives.About the RoleReporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Head of Community & Partnerships is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that engage communities, inspire behavioural change, and grow Scheme participation across Western Australia. You''ll oversee a dedicated team focussed on education, fundraising, events, and sector partnerships ensuring Containers for Change becomes a central fundraising and impact tool for local communities, sporting codes, schools, First Nations groups, charities, and local government areas.With direct accountability for the sporting sector you''ll develop and strengthen partnerships, deliver measurable community outcomes, and lead a high performing team that thrives on innovation, trust, and purpose.
