Alliance Real Estate are hiring!! Our successful Property Management department are looking for another rockstar to join their team. We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our established team. Experience managing a similar sized portfolio essential. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1 Saturday every 4 weeks and an RDO during that week. Role: Day to day running of a portfolio of approx. 155 properties Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections Conducting routine inspections Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals Ensuring tenants rent is paid up to date Organising repairs and maintenance Managing electronic filing Preparation and signing of leases Follow company procedures to a high standard and provide second to none customer service In order to be successful in this role, you will need: Experience managing a similar sized portfolio Current Class 1 or 2 Licence Current Drivers Licence and registered motor vehicle Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work well in a team environment Confidence assertive yet professional and friendly Attention to detail Strong follow up skills Well presented Who we are: Alliance Real Estate is an independent, family owned and operated real estate agency with a market leading reputation based on superior customer service and proven results.
