Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise cost, quality, and reliability. Lead sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor relationship management. Ensure compliance with health purchasing policies and regulatory standards. Oversee contract management, including performance monitoring and renewals. Drive IT and telecommunications initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and cost efficiency. Champion sustainability and continuous improvement across procurement and asset management. Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide expert advice to support organisational goals. Key Responsibilities Procurement management and strategic sourcing. Contract governance, risk mitigation, and compliance. IT and telecommunications oversight, including subscriptions and hardware. Stakeholder engagement and capability building. Policy development and lifecycle asset management. About you Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract management principles. Experience in healthcare procurement and compliance with HSV policies. Understanding of IT and telecommunications within a healthcare setting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to lead a team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
