Requirements: Retail management experience. Track record of leading by example and delivering toptier customer service. Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Strong skills in training, driving floor sales and achieving results. Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health & safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
