About the Role Were looking for a fulltime Store Manager to lead our highperforming team at The Athletes Foot Top Ryde City. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced retail leader whos passionate about people, performance, and making a positive impact. Working closely with your Area Manager, youll be at the heart of driving strong operational performance, elevating customer service, and fostering community connections that extend beyond the store. As Store Manager, you''ll: Lead daytoday store operations including sales, KPIs, visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage Motivate and develop your team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences Monitor sales performance and implement actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals Manage wage budgets and rosters in line with company standards and GRIA guidelines Champion team development through training, coaching, and succession planning Create a strong, positive store culture focused on results, learning, and wellbeing Build community engagement through sporting partnerships and healthcare relationships Ensure OH&S compliance in line with national and state requirements Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a fastpaced retail environment A confident, handson Make it Happen attitude and a passion for leading from the front Experience developing highperforming teams and inspiring a culture of success Strong operational knowhow in rostering, wage control, visual merchandising, and stock Strategic thinking and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement Skilled in building effective relationships with support office teams and local partners 40% off across Accent Group brands including Hype DC, Skechers, HOKA, Merrell & more Exciting earning potential with a generous incentive program that rewards both your individual performance and your teams success.
