Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to align with company objectives and legal standards. Maintain a centralized contract management system, tracking renewal dates, obligations, and amendments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract terms are accurately implemented and adhered to. Conduct regular audits of existing contracts to identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and compliance gaps. Resolve contract-related discrepancies and communicate updates to internal stakeholders in a timely manner. Assist in developing contract templates and standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency. Requirements: Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in the field of contract management. Familiarity with contract management processes and good risk identification and problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills, and is able to establish good working relationships with people of different levels and backgrounds.
