Your Role We are seeking an exceptional Associate or Senior Associate with a minimum of 4 years post-admission experience to join our high-performing Brisbane Dispute Resolution team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced commercial litigator with demonstrated expertise in insolvency and reconstruction or for those looking to build a specialisation in this dynamic and growing practice area. Working directly with Partner Michael Vickery and his highly regarded team you will provide strategic advice to a prestigious client base including major financial institutions, large corporates and leading insolvency practitioners. Your work will primarily span contentious and non-contentious complex insolvency and restructuring matters. This role offers genuine exposure to sophisticated matters and the opportunity to develop deep expertise and market presence.
