General Manager - Penrith Serviced Apartments ValueSuites Penrith is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead our 107room, 4star serviced apartment complex situated on two lush acres in Penrith, Western Sydney. The role supports a diverse clientele ranging from business travellers and group bookings to holidaymakers and locals who appreciate our onsite car park. About the Role Operate at the heart of Penrith, just 20 minutes from the soontoopen Western Sydney Airport. Deliver legendary guest experiences and drive occupancy. Lead a crossfunctional team across Front Office, Maintenance, and Housekeeping. Collaborate with the Group GM to develop new business and boost occupancy. Shape a service culture marked by charm, cleverness, and genuine care. About You Live 1015 minutes from Penrith (football fans may add value). Have 25 years of hotel or servicedapartment management experience. Demonstrated ability in guest satisfaction, communication, and handson leadership. Hold full Australian working rights. Preferred: Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, or Commerce. Passionate about helping people; enthusiasm for local football a plus. Qualifications A degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Commerce, or Business Administration is highly regarded.
