We are currently seeking a Handover Specialist to join our team at the largest premier Caravan, RV, and Camper Trailer specialists right here in beautiful Queensland. This is a Full Time role Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm. The ideal candidate will be a problemsolving, proactive, selfdriven, teamorientated gogetter. You will be working in our Sunshine Coast Dealership. Responsibilities Conduct a 2hour thorough handover for customers on new and used caravans. Explain features and walk customers through the entire van, answering questions during the handover process. Create an exceptional experience for customers. Communicate with customers over phone and email. Support workshop and yard cleaning duties. Candidate Attributes Quick learner of new concepts. Excellent phone, email, and communication skills. Shows autonomy and teamwork. Strong timemanagement, attention to detail and process delivery. Advanced comprehension of technology. Passion for caravanning and the outdoors. Training & Experience No prior experience required, but a background in caravanning or camping is highly desired. Previous experience repairing caravans is a plus.
