What you need to know... permanent full time - 76 hours per fortnight the package: $87,048 to $103,807 plus superannuation per annum location: Grafton, NSW flexible work options for a healthy work/life balance enjoy the benefits of flex time access to fitness passport About the role We are seeking an organised, fair and results-focused leader with high integrity to take on this new role of Team Leader Private Works Compliance. We are growing and modernising Councils compliance functions and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering fair, effective and consistent compliance and education relating to works and activities undertaken to mitigate adverse impacts to nearby residents, the wider community, and the local environmental. The Team Leader Private Works Compliance will guide a new team responsible for land-use, development, and building-related compliance focused on private land, including regulatory activity within Councils holiday parks. You will have a key role in establishing operational procedures, developing team capability, monitoring performance, and overseeing investigative and enforcement activity for this new team. This role suits a compliance professional who brings strong integrity, sound judgement, quality communication skills and the ability to build a constructive team culture grounded in fairness, transparency and community trust.
