We manage 100+ active projects at any given time, delivering end-toend development coordination from feasibility and approvals through to construction coordination, final titles and handover. As part of our 2025 expansion, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take on a key leadership role within the business, including acting as the Nominee for our QBCC licensing requirements. The Role: Senior Project Manager (Licensed Nominee) This is a senior operational role that combines: Highlevel project coordination Sitebased oversight of early works and turnkey Trade scheduling & sequencing Management of all onsite and offsite project activities Ensuring legislative and QBCC compliance Acting as the company''s QBCC Nominee You will oversee the delivery of our clients'' development projects from preconstruction through to final approvals ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across all stages. Key Responsibilities Construction & Site Coordination Oversee early works including but not limited to earthworks, demolition, retaining, civil and service connections Oversee turnkey works including but not limited to concreting, landscaping and fencing Coordinate trades and contractors on behalf of clients Schedule and sequence works to ensure efficient site progress Attend site as required to verify progress, quality and compliance Troubleshoot site issues before/during/after construction and provide direction and/or engage contractors as required QBCC Nominee Responsibilities Act as the Nominee for the business under the relevant QBCC licence Provide highlevel oversight of all "building work services" undertaken by the company Ensure statutory compliance, quality control and appropriate supervision Represent the business in any regulatory matters if required Client & Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with clients, trades and consultants Communicate proactively regarding project status, milestones and challenges Provide expert development and buildability advice throughout the project lifecycle Skills & Experience Required Mandatory QBCC Project Management Services Licence, OR Builder Low Rise (or higher) Licence Ability to act as the Company Nominee Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing and trades Experience supervising or coordinating building work Excellent communication and problemsolving skills Strong organisational and timemanagement capability Competence with project coordination software (Monday.com) Minimum of 2-3 years project management experience required Highly Regarded Experience in residential development management Experience with dual occupancies, small subdivisions, or infill projects Exposure to earthworks, retaining walls, civil works Knowledge of local council processes (Redlands, Logan, Brisbane) Ability to read and interpret plans, engineering and construction documentation What We Offer Senior leadership role within a fast-growing company Longterm, stable position Competitive salary package + vehicle allowance Opportunity to shape internal systems and processes Exceptional support from an experienced MD, Operations Manager and admin team A pipeline of 100+ ongoing projects A genuine career pathway into company leadership How to Apply Click Apply and include: Your resume Evidence of your QBCC licence A brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience Be careful - Dont provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
