Speech Pathologist Youth Caseload Northern Brisbane Join Everyday Independence as a Speech Pathologist working with NDIS participants aged 925, providing lifechanging speech pathology across a range of settings. Location: Narangba, QueenslandEmployment type: Full time (parttime considered)Salary: $82,106 $110,143 per annum + super, annual leave loading, vehicle, mobile, laptop, and bonus potential up to $10,000. About the Role As a Speech Pathologist, you will deliver evidencebased therapy plans to adolescent and young adult NDIS participants, working in homes, schools, community centres, and workplaces. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary youth team to maximise outcomes and provide participants and their families with supportive, inclusive care. Responsibilities Work across diverse settings (homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, community centres). Use an evidencebased measurement tool to assess participants and create therapy plans. Provide lifechanging occupational therapy to support participants in achieving goals and maximising NDIS funding. Wrap the right supports around participants as part of an interdisciplinary youth team. Build meaningful relationships with participants and their families, carers, friends. Attend weekly team meetings at the Hub, sharing stories of impact and collaborating. Tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Speech Pathology. Registered Speech Pathologist (SPA Registration). A positive and flexible approach to work. Strong communication skills and a team player. Commitment to personal and professional development. Valid drivers licence. NDIS Workers Screening Check. Working with Children Check.
