The Opportunity Were seeking a proactive and experienced Transport Supervisor to join our Oils and Technical Services team at our St Marys site. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our fleet, particularly in the transport of hazardous liquids and materials. Youll work closely with a team of drivers, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive safety compliance across all transport operations. Your responsibilities will include. Develop and manage daily and weekly fleet and driver schedules Monitor driver performance and ensure safe driving practices in line with regulations Continuously review transport activities and adjust schedules to optimise coverage Maximise fleet utilisation and improve routing and delivery efficiency Communicate expectations and objectives clearly to drivers through toolbox talks and training Maintain visual performance reports and apply continuous improvement strategies Enhance transport planning and operational effectiveness About you Youre detail-oriented, curious, and thrive on solving problems collaboratively. Youre self-driven and passionate about achieving operational excellence. What you will bring to the role.
