The Opportunity: Reporting to the National Maintenance Manager, this role places you at the center of our workshop operations in our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. As Workshop Manager, you''ll lead all maintenance activities in line with K&S work instructions, OEM specifications and NHVR requirements while creating a safe, productive, and high-performing workshop. You''ll oversee repairs to the highest standard, manage staffing levels, schedule preventative maintenance, and keep accurate service and compliance records. You''ll also drive safety culture through weekly walks, audits and toolbox meetings, build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, manage parts and workshop resources, and coach your team to lift capability, performance, and consistency.
