Civil Construction - Excavator Operator, Labourers, Supervisor About the role We''re a family-owned business based in Southern Adelaide, and we''re expanding our crew for 2026 and beyond. With exciting opportunities and new projects on the horizon, we''re looking for: Excavator Operators (8-25t with GPS) Labourers Riggers/Dogmen What you''ll be doing Operate and maintain a range of construction equipment and machinery, such as excavators and compactors for drainage and stormwater works. Assist with site preparation, including digging and levelling. Perform general labour tasks, such as loading and unloading materials. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. What we''re looking for No experience? That''s okay. If you''re keen to learn, we''ll provide the training to get you started. We''re after people with a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude. Weekend and nightshift work may be required as the project needs. White card certification is required to commence work. Applicants must hold valid Australian work rights including citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate work visa. Some positions will be available for immediate start.
