Next Generation Taekwondo Holden Hill SA (Holden Hill, SA 5088) We are hiring a Sports Development Officer to promote participation in Taekwondo across Adelaide, working at our Martial Arts studios. Task & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Identify and address gaps in junior Taekwondo participation Promote and facilitate participation Administer and maintain an extensive athlete and participant database Collaborate closely with Taekwondo clubs, associations, and committees Implement, administer, and promote club-based training, skill development sessions, and introductory programs to support current members while engaging and attracting new participants. Represent the organisation at events, school activities, competitions, and stakeholder meetings to foster strong relationships and promote Taekwondo development initiatives. Provide recommendations to enhance community engagement through inclusivity and diversity initiatives, with the aim of creating accessible pathways to Taekwondo for participants of all backgrounds. Deliver qualitative feedback on current digital platforms and development programs to improve organisational capacity and ensure the delivery of highquality Taekwondo activities, events, and training initiatives. Qualification & Experience Relevant qualification at AQF Cert III or AQF Cert IV level or equivalent At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience Great communication and customer service skills About Company Next Generation Taekwondo is an expanding organisation, recognised as the market leader in the industry.
