Working under the direction of the Academy Director, you will assist with daily administration, enrolments, parent communication and the smooth flow of classes during our busiest times.Experience in administration or customer-facing roles is essential, and strong communication, people skills and a proactive, growth-focused mindset are key as we continue to expand the Academy.A minimum of 6 months of administration or customer service experience is required for this position.Youll look after:Daily admin: emails, phone calls, enquiries and trial bookingEnrolments, attendance and ClassManager CRMExperience with CRM systems is required for managing enrolments and attendance recordsStudio room bookings and calendar managementTicketing setup for events (Humanitix)Coordinating community engagement opportunities sourcing performance opportunities for our studentsKeeping the studio organised, safe and welcomingImportant to know:This role does not include production management, rehearsal scheduling teaching or backstage leadership during show periods. These responsibilities sit with a separate Production Manager and the Director. However, you will be required to attend Academy events and productions in a support capacity, assisting the Director and creative team where needed. Any hours worked at events or performances sit outside your regular roster and will be accrued as TOIL (Time Off in Lieu).HoursThese hours are set each term and aligned with our busiest parent and student traffic times. Hours can be adjusted to suit your lifestyle, however you must be onsite during peak periods.Weekly hours:Valmy Academy follows the Queensland state school term calendar, and therefore working hours may vary slightly during school holiday periods. Any changes to your roster during holidays will be communicated in advance and agreed upon with the Director.During show weeks, performance days and seasonal busy periods, additional hours may be required.
