Lawrence RV Newcastle is expanding, and were looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Coordinator / Assistant to support our sales team, assist the Dealer Principal, and guide customers from sale to delivery day. About the Role You will manage the entire sales process after a caravan has been sold. This includes customer communication, order management, CRM and software updates, event support, and ensuring every caravan is delivered on time and ready for its new owner. You will also work closely with and provide direct support to the Dealer Principal, assisting with sales administration, customer follow-ups, dealership coordination, and general operational tasks. As part of the Lawrence RV team, youll also attend caravan shows across NSW throughout the year. What Youll Be Doing Coordinate customer appointments (order finalisation & colour selections) Process and track factory orders Manage customer enquiries and provide updates throughout the purchase Organise pre-delivery preparation Assist the Dealer Principal with sales coordination, admin tasks, and dealership support Assist with service and parts enquiries Liaise with transport companies to meet deadlines Support the sales team with daily tasks Sell aftermarket products and accessories Attend caravan shows throughout the year What Were Looking For Great communication and customer service skills Strong organisation and time management Confident using computers, CRM systems, and multiple software platforms Reliable, selfmotivated, and able to work unsupervised Professional, neat, and friendly presentation RV/caravan knowledge is a bonus but not essential (full training provided!)
