Care Manager (CCRPL-2025-481) Nowra, Australia Salary: AUD120,000 AUD140,000 per annum We''re looking for an experienced and dedicated Care Manager to lead a passionate clinical team and ensure residents receive exceptional, personcentred care every day in the Shoalhaven Region, NSW. Reporting to the General Manager, you''ll be responsible for clinical leadership, compliance, and care delivery while supporting and empowering your nursing and care staff to provide highquality, dignified care. This is the ideal role for a Registered Nurse ready to step up or a current Care Manager seeking a rewarding environment with strong support and autonomy.
