This team supports customers with general enquiries, application updates, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Youll be trained on all systems and processes, including modern digital tools and ticketing platforms. Available Roles Team Lead Lead the day-to-day operation of the contact centre, support a growing team, manage customer outcomes, and drive service excellence. Ideal for experienced leaders from contact centres or service environments. Senior Agent Act as a subject-matter expert, handle more complex enquiries, support escalations, and coach junior team members. Perfect for experienced customer service or call centre professionals looking for the next step. Agent Be the friendly first point of contact answering calls, helping customers, completing checks, and logging cases. Great for receptionists, call centre agents, retail/customer service stars, and anyone confident on the phone. Full training provided.
