Our 12month, fixedterm opportunity is perfect for recent graduates or those nearing the end of their studies in Human Resources or similar discipline.You will gain invaluable exposure across multiple HR functions, reveling the opportunity to learn from the groundup. We proudly offer avenues for longterm career progression for those with initiative, enthusiasm, and a stellar work ethic.What youll do:Respond to all HR enquiries promptly and professionally.Support administrative tasks associated with recruitment and selection activity.Assist with organising and scheduling learning activity on our training calendar.Create and maintain accurate employee personnel records.Support employees to obtain relevant legislative checks for employment.Complete training data entry and file audits.Assist with running and promotion of employee engagement initiatives.Who you are:A recent graduate with a qualification in Human Resources or Business.A customer service champion who finds satisfaction in resolving any enquiry, even the tricky ones!A confident communicator who can speak with people of all backgrounds.A skilled administrator who enjoys working within defined processes and procedures.Computer savvy and familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of programs and other internal systems to complete your work.Organised and reliable you manage multiple work priorities with ease.Capable of noticing the little things your attention to detail is of a high standard.Why youll love us:We offer an attractive annual salary package ranging from $68,000 - $74,000 plus superannuation.Youll work from a modern office near central Wollongong, with free onsite parking.Enjoy extra rest and recreation with 5 weeks of annual leave per year.Take advantage of salary packaging benefits of up to $15,900 per year.We offer flexible public holiday leave options to celebrate recognised days of religious or cultural significance.Never stop learning with our abundance of professional development opportunities.Celebrate success through our reward and recognition programs.Youll have access to our Employee Assistance Program for you and members of your immediate family.Wed love to connectAlthough this is a fulltime role (fixed term), we welcome applications from those seeking parttime arrangements while studying.
