Your role will involve delivering personal care and working collaboratively with the GP and the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient wellbeing. Additionally, you will provide support to the RN in Charge in the Emergency Department when patients present. This role requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to advocating for your patients needs.
