Summary Provide highlevel administrative support for Child Safety teams, including management of client information and coordination of service schedules. This role is part of a department dedicated to safeguarding children and young people across Tasmania. Key responsibilities Support Child Safety teams with highlevel administrative duties and client information management. Coordinate and manage team schedules to ensure efficient workflow. Handle a range of clientrelated administrative services and undertake specific projects as required. Maintain accurate and timely correspondence and information flow within the team. Adhere to the Statement of Duties and selection criteria in all activities. Qualifications and Attributes Demonstrated motivation and passion for Child Safety. Strong personal resilience, emotional intelligence, and selfreflection ability. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to varied audiences. Capability to manage administrative functions efficiently in a fastchanging environment. Conditions of Employment Salary: $74,783 to $80,835 per annum, pro rata + 11.5% superannuation. Classification: Band 3. Award: Health and Human Services (Tasmanian State Service) Award. Location: Statewide. Hours of Work: Fixedterm fulltime and fixedterm parttime up to 12 months.
