With a brand new depot now located in Ballarat GAME Traffic & Contracting are currently seeking Qualified Victorian Traffic Controllers living in the Ballarat, Central Goldfields, Hepburn and Mount Alexander areas to join their Western Region Team! We now have an immediate high demand for qualified Victorian Traffic Controllers for current ongoing works in the local area and also across the Golden Plains, Moorabool, Aarat and Colac Otway Regions. As these works are on major roads and freeways we require Victorian qualifications of TMI2/TC2 or above. We also have current works and a need for experienced qualified TMA Drivers or qualified Traffic Controllers with an MR licence (who are interested to be upskilled) will be considered for these roles. Personal Qualities Strong safety focus GAMEs first priority. Team Player work together to get high standard work done. Enjoys providing quality customer service happy customers equal more work for everyone. Strong work ethic turn up on time, ready to work and give 100% everyday. Ability to stay focused and alert this is a high-risk job. Problem solver every day is different on the road, things change you need to be ready to respond and know when to ask for help. Respectful, Honest and Fair we are, so we expect you to be as well. Strong verbal Communication Skills to enable clear communication over UHF Radio. Additional Mandatory Requirements Current Victorian Drivers Licence. CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (White card), or equivalent. All candidates will be asked to complete the following throughout our recruitment process: Drug and Alcohol Urine Screen. National Police Check. NB: GAME also completes ongoing random Drug & Alcohol Testing throughout employment.
