Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee club functions, including social events, barefoot bowls, community bookings, and private hire. Act as the main point of contact for event organisers, guests, and club members. Prepare the venue for functions (layout, signage, equipment, cleanliness). Liaise with bar staff and volunteers to ensure adequate coverage. Assist with bar service during events (RSA preferred). Ensure compliance with club policies, licensing requirements, and safety procedures. Support volunteer teams and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment. Monitor event flow and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Contribute to post-event packdown and reset.
