Were on the hunt for a Dispatch Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic, downtoearth, and slightly nutty team at our macadamia factory in beautiful Yandina. From picking and packing to liaising with couriers and keeping things running like clockwork this is a vital role that keeps the deliciousness flowing out the door and into the hands of our happy customers. A Bit About Us Nutworks is a proud Aussieowned macadamia processor and confectionery maker with a factory, retail shop and caf onsite. We roast, coat, crack and package premium macadamia products for local and international customers all from the heart of the Sunshine Coast. Its fastpaced, fun, and full of flavour. What Youll Be Doing Processing sales orders efficiently and accurately Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch Keeping records of batch numbers and bestbefore dates Making sure all paperwork is spot on before goods leave the building Liaising with couriers and sales to keep things moving smoothly Assisting with customer returns and credits Managing stock rotations and keeping the dispatch area neat and tidy Operating a forklift safely and confidently Helping with stocktakes, inventory management and the occasional truck load/unload Being a backup legend for purchasing and warehouse logistics Upholding high standards in workplace health, safety, and hygiene Who You Are You thrive in a fastpaced, handson environment Youve got an eye for detail and a knack for staying organised Youre a great communicator and team player You enjoy taking initiative and getting the job done Forklift licence?
