Bookkeeper & Admin Support Mask Events Sunshine Coast HQ Mask Events is growing, and were looking for a grounded, detail-driven Bookkeeper & Admin Support legend to join our creative team. About the Role Youll take ownership of BAS, payroll, accounts, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial clarity across the business. On the admin side, youll support the event managers with documentation, systems, supplier coordination, and smooth daily operations. Unlike most bookkeeping roles, this one also offers the chance to be handson in the field, helping during events and being part of the crew. What Youll Do Manage BAS, payroll, PAYG, superannuation, and ATO obligations. Handle accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and reconciliations. Support the team with admin, documentation, scheduling, and operations. Assist with supplier coordination and job costing. Optional event support helping onsite as part of the Mask crew. Who You Are 25+ years bookkeeping experience, ideally with Xero. Strong understanding of payroll, BAS, and financial processes. Exceptionally organised and detail-focused.
