In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, we are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at the RAAF Laverton Military Area. Access to Ventias: amazing discounts at over 450 retailers across Australia, including major retail brands About the role As a Cleaning Supervisor, youll oversee cleaning operations across Defence Living and Working accommodation and recreational spaces inclusive of Messes, kitchens, bars, and function areas. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Organise and assign cleaning tasks across the various areas, ensuring everything runs smoothly Set cleaning schedules, checklists and conduct audits to ensure high standards are met every time Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring cleaning tools, products and waste systems are working well and fully stocked Supervise staff, support their training and development, and handle any performance or conduct issues. Manage budgets and keep cleaning costs on track - reporting any changes or concerns to management. Combine your leadership skills and operational oversight to deliver high quality, efficient cleaning services. About you 2+ years experience in a similar supervisory or cleaning role Certificate III in First Aid (advantageous) You are a safety-focused leader who drives accountability and continuous improvement. Strong multitasking and time management skills Proficient in Windows-based office systems Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance and safety Problem-solver with a drive for continual improvement Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance.
