Job Description Job Opportunity: Manager Maha Prabhuji Pty Ltd. Salary: $77,000 per year + Superannuation. Location: Dalby, QLD. Employment Type: FullTime (38 hours per week). Maha Prabhuji Pty Ltd, part of the growing Burrito Bar brand, is seeking a Manager to oversee store operations, lead a small team, and ensure the highest standards in service, quality, and operational efficiency. Lead, mentor, and develop a team to deliver high standards of customer service and operational performance. Ensure smooth daily operations, including inventory management, stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination. Maintain consistent highquality service and ensure customer satisfaction is a priority across all interactions. Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability. Identify training needs, coach staff, and ensure team members are skilled to meet operational and service expectations. Ensure all workplace health and safety requirements and food safety standards are met. What Were Looking For AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma, or equivalent experience in retail/food service management. Minimum one year in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a fastpaced retail or food service environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Knowledge of pointofsale systems, inventory management, and customer service best practices. Ability to thrive under pressure and make effective decisions.
