About the role: Norco are currently seeking an experienced Production Operator to join the team at our busy milk processing factory in Raleigh. In this fulltime position youll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in doing a great job every day and youll play an important part in keeping our dairy products moving from farm to fridge. The ideal candidate will have previous machine operator experience and will be motivated and committed to a career in food manufacturing. Youll be a great fit if you: Understanding of food manufacturing processes and hygiene requirements Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and advanced problemsolving skills Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment highly desirable Have a strong focus on safety and understand WHS principles Are reliable and happy to work shift work (including weekends & public holidays) Can follow procedures accurately and work with minimal supervision Have good time management and can meet set deadlines Have sound literacy and numeracy skills to complete order documentation Take pride in your work, use good problemsolving skills, and make sound decisions Display behaviours that reflect our Norco values Authenticity, Agility, Diversity and Connection If successfully you will be required to complete a preemployment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
