BAY PROPERTIES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD Yamba NSWJob Type: Permanent position | Full time positionJob DescriptionBay Properties Australia is seeking a dedicated full-time Accommodation and Hospitality Manager to oversee operations at our accommodation facility in Yamba, NSW, Australia. This is a handson leadership role with responsibility for delivering high quality guest services, operational management, and staff supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organise and control daytoday operations including guest accommodation, reception, reservations, housekeeping, room service, and maintenance.Supervise and manage staff: recruitment, training, rostering, performance management, and ensuring service standards are maintained.Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, assess guest needs/preferences, manage guest enquiries and feedback, and ensure a pleasant guest experience.Oversee property maintenance, security, cleanliness, health and safety compliance.Manage administrative, accounting, purchasing and operational controls to ensure efficient and profitable operations.Optionally coordinate local tourism information, tours or transport if required, depending on guest needs.Skills, Qualifications & Experience RequiredApplicants should meet the requirements for Accommodation and Hospitality Managers:Formal qualification (highly regarded): Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a relevant field.Alternatively, substantial relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of formal qualification.Demonstrated experience in supervising and managing staff, and organising operations in accommodation/hospitality settings (e.g. guesthouses, hostels, guest accommodation).Strong leadership, communication, organisational, customer service, problemsolving, multitasking and teammanagement skills.Sound knowledge of hospitality industry best practices: guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, compliance, and safety/health regulations.Administrative capability including budget/financial control, purchasing, property maintenance oversight, and quality control.SalaryAnnual salary: AU $70,000 - $80,000At Bay Properties Australia, we pride ourselves on delivering premium accommodation and hospitality experiences.
