With so much opportunity, what is your career path? About the Role Join JJs Waste & Recycling as a Product Specialist to support one of our core operational CRM systems. The role focuses on requirements gathering, process documentation, data analysis, reporting, and ensuring system changes meet operational needs. You will work closely with operational users, product owners and technical teams to maintain accuracy, support issue resolution and assist with improvement initiatives. This position suits someone with technical business analysis or product/application support experience. We will develop and upskill the right person who is keen to build a long-term career in IT with strong business understanding. This is a full-time, permanent position, with one day per week minimum required from our Cleveland head office. Key Responsibilities Gather and validate high-level and detailed business requirements. Assess, document and review current processes; identify improvement opportunities. Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL and SSRS. Ensure system changes and solutions meet business needs and requirements. Update, implement and maintain system procedures and documentation. Liaise between stakeholders, end users and technical teams. Create and maintain business process documents (as-is and to-be). Investigate system behaviour, resolve issues and validate data accuracy within the core CRM. Assist with user acceptance testing and release activities. About You Experience in technical business analysis, system support or product/application support. Interest in building or continuing a career in IT with strong business acumen. Capability to work with SSRS/SSIS or a willingness to learn. Ability to investigate data discrepancies and identify root causes. Clear and confident communication with operational and technical stakeholders. Strong documentation skills across processes, requirements and system behaviour. Comfort working with a legacy system during a transition period. Effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders and teams. Basic .NET or C# exposure and data analysis experience beneficial but not essential. Degree-qualified or equivalent relevant experience.
