The Whitton Malt House is searching for a passionate, handson Venue Manager to guide our Food & Beverage operations, elevate our guest experience, and help shape the future of this iconic agritourism destination. About the Role As Venue Manager, you will oversee all Front of House Food & Beverage operations across our multifaceted site, ensuring smooth daytoday service and exceptional guest experiences. Please note: this role is not responsible for the management of kitchen operations, but works closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless FOH delivery of food service. Key responsibilities Managing the restaurant, bar, functions, accommodation guest services, and outdoor activity areas Leading, training and developing our Front of House team and Duty Supervisors Handson shift supervision to maintain excellent service standards Managing venue financial performance including sales, wages, COGS and stock control Analysing business data and planning for seasonal operating changes Collaborating with the Kitchen team to ensure smooth FOH food delivery and to support menu development and new revenue streams Working weekends and evenings as required, as the venue operates seven days a week This role suits a motivated hospitality professional who enjoys a dynamic environment, takes pride in building highperforming teams, and leads from the front.
