About the role create great experiences for our customers through engaging with your team We are currently seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead the retail & residential catering service for one of our valued partners, a Co Ed college, located in the Kilmore area. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be hands on working alongside the team and use your collaborative leadership and strategic planning capabilities to lead our dedicated team, ensuring continuous improvement in areas such as food quality and service standards, logistics, employee development, budget management and exceeding client expectations through delivering innovation to residential, functions and retail food product and service. Hours will be varied predominately Monday to Friday either 8.00am to 4pm or 11.3am-7.30pm, and weekends as required. Very strong Administrative skills Ideally hospitality focused & experience with cooking Outstanding client service focus demonstrated by superior communication ability. Certificates required for WWC, RSA & Food Safety Supervisor & a drivers license Strong business and financial management skills. Proven experience in managing people and challenging situations within a constantly changing and dynamic environment. Some out of hours functions may require flexibility with your working hours.
