About the role As our Recruitment Administrator, you will be the first point of contact and the key to keeping our operations smooth and efficient. Your day will be varied and fastpaced, with responsibilities including, but not limited to: Acting as the first point of contact for candidates and clients Answering calls, taking messages, and managing the general inbox Assisting with candidate screening and onboarding Coordinating compliance checks (police checks, medicals, licensing, etc.) Managing confidential documentation and maintaining accurate records Supporting payroll processes Conducting database searches and assisting with job advertising About you We are looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a knack for organisation.
