Trainer & Assessor (Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability) Access4uis a rapidly growing and exciting not-for-profit organisation providing a range of supports and agreements with aligned service providers, providing people timely and tailored services or access to services, including Therapy, Home Support, Mentoring, Community Participation, Positive Behaviour Support, Psychology, Support Coordination, and Specialised Support Coordination amongst others. About the Role In this part-time role (3 days per week), you will deliver engaging training, assess competency, and support learners to develop the skills and knowledge required for meaningful work in the disability sector. Working in collaboration with our traineeship program through Registered Training Organisation, CEG, you will partner with internal teams, support workers, and external stakeholders to ensure training is compliant, high quality, and aligned with organisational needs. To be successful, you must: Hold TAE40122 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Hold Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) A current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Clearance and Child Safe Environments training (or willingness to obtain) Bring relevant industry knowledge and practical experience (2 years of disability support work experience minimum). Strong understanding of NDIS practice standards, person-centred care, and contemporary disability support practices. Skills and Attributes Confident facilitator with the ability to engage diverse learners. Strong organisational and administrative skills. High attention to detail with a focus on compliance and quality. Ability to build rapport and support learners with varied experience levels.
