Future Opportunity in Agricultural Finance Were on the lookout for a full-time team member to join our finance division and help us deliver a full suite of financeservices to primary producers across Western Australia. The role prioritises working for our client to secure them the best financing arrangements for their business. The service includes finance broking, finance restructuring and on-going support. This role wont officially start until early to mid-2026, but were open to finding the right kind of person, someone grounded in agriculture, confident in finance, and ready for a change of scenery. Our top priority is always the farmer and their needs, and we''re after someone who will really hit the ground running! Who Were Looking For Youre an experienced ag finance professional, likely a former or current rural/ag bank manager who knows the ins and outs of farming businesses and financial structuring. You understand the seasons of farming and of people. You can listen, advise, and work with growers as a trusted longterm partner. Youve completed your Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking or are currently undertaking it. You have an existing network in ag (particularly in WA) and feel comfortable hitting the road to maintain and grow those relationships.
