About the Role We are seeking a Human Resources Advisor to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering NDLG''s HR strategy. This position will support the implementation of the Citation HR platform, ensuring alignment with existing policies and compliance requirements, while providing professional HR and IR advice for a team of up to 70 employees. Working closely and under the direction of the General Manager, Citation''s advisory team, and internal stakeholders, you will drive initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, support talent management, and enhance employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Support the rollout of the Citation HR platform, including data upload, system testing, and staff adoption. Audit and update HR policies and procedures for compliance. Liaise with Citation advisors for HR and IR queries and provide practical advice to managers. Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job advertisements, interviews, and onboarding. Coordinate employee induction, training, and professional development programs. Develop and implement workforce planning strategies, including succession planning and career pathways. Monitor and report on HR metrics and workforce trends. Ensure compliance with HR/IR legislation and best practices. Provide advice and support on workplace policies, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution (with Citation as escalation point). Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture. Oversee performance management processes and assist managers with reviews. Manage HR documentation, records, and reporting requirements. Stay informed on HR and industrial relations trends and recommend improvements. Support health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation. Attend management meetings for HRrelated updates and reporting. About You You are a strategic and solutionsfocused HR professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You bring: Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). Minimum 3 years'' experience in HR advisory or coordination roles. Practical knowledge of HR/IR compliance in Australia. Experience with HR digital platforms and systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong organisational and timemanagement abilities. High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Current eligibility to work in Australia is required at the time of application. Additional Requirements Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check). Full driver''s licence. Why Join Us?
