The Opportunity We''re seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our growing team based in West Perth. You''ll take ownership of your own projects managing subcontractors, coordinating works onsite, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Youll also mentor junior engineers and play a key role in project planning, client engagement, and site execution. This role will suit someone who enjoys handson involvement, problemsolving, and being out onsite rather than behind a desk. You''ll be working mainly on Perth metrobased projects, with occasional regional opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage daytoday project delivery including cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources to meet program requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards. Liaise directly with clients, consultants and superintendents to maintain strong working relationships. Prepare project documentation including ITPs, risk assessments, HIRACs, and progress reports. Identify design or constructability improvements that add value to the project. Support and mentor graduate engineers to foster learning and development. About You Youll be a motivated engineer with a strong sense of ownership and pride in your work. Youll have a handson approach and enjoy seeing tangible results in the field. Were looking for: 24 years experience in civil or marine construction (sitebased preferred). A Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification. Proven experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site works. Strong communication and organisational skills. Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
