What youll be doing Providing tailored emotional and spiritual support Supporting individuals through grief, illness, and endoflife experiences Helping people connect with what gives them meaning, purpose, and comfort Planning and coordinating memorial services, reflections, and visits from community groups Sharing wellbeing insights through care planning, meetings, and documentation Recruiting, mentoring, and supporting volunteers who contribute to resident and client wellbeing If youre looking for a meaningful role where your care and communication skills truly make a difference, wed love to hear from you.
