We''re seeking an experienced and compassionate Practice Team Leader to guide our multidisciplinary team in delivering trauma-informed, recoveryoriented mental health support. About the role Lead and supervise a dedicated team of Psychologists, Social Workers, and Mental Health Practitioners. Champion an inclusive and reflective team culture rooted in traumainformed and recoveryoriented practice. Oversee daytoday operations of our DropIn service, in collaboration with the Peer Team Leader. Ensure effective use of Outcome Tools (e.g., K10), Recovery Plans, and Risk Assessments. Support the delivery of highquality, personcentred services to our guests. Build and maintain strong relationships across Communify, partner organisations, and clinical providers. Contribute to service quality through risk management, internal audits, and continuous improvement aligned with NSQMHCMO standards. Assist with reporting and accountability to funding bodies. About You Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or Allied Health and relevant registration. 3+ years experience in mental health (leadership experience highly regarded). Proven ability to deliver and oversee clinical and nonclinical support. Skilled in supervision, biopsychosocial assessments, and distress management. Strong team player with experience in multidisciplinary environments. Essential Requirements A current open QLD driver''s licence.
