GAME Traffic & Contracting is a busy and diverse business with over 200 staff working from numerous depots located across Central and North East Victoria and Southern NSW. Our people are the most important part of our business, and we now have an exciting and dynamic role available for a Traffic & Hire Supervisor based in our Head Office Shepparton. Our successful candidate will be an integral part of our Central region team, providing handson and administrative support to our Central Operations Manager. This role will suit a team player with Supervisory experience, who thrives on leading by example. This is a unique position which will provide our successful candidate with an opportunity to work both in the office as well as getting stuck into some outdoor work alongside our Traffic & Hire team members as required. In addition they will have an opportunity for growth and development in a supportive work environment. Due to the diversity of this role comprehensive on the job and external training will be provided to ensure that our new team member is set up for success. Responsibilities Assist Operations Manager in supervising and leading the Traffic teams on work sites Assisting Operations Manager to respond to customer queries When suitably trained, have the ability to step up to oversee the Central Region in the absence of the Operations Manager Assisting Traffic & Hire team members with workrelated enquiries Assisting Operations Manager to adhere to auditing schedules for staff and equipment Assisting Operations Manager and to ensure appropriate staff and equipment are allocated to customer bookings, and all required documents are available for staff to complete works safely and to a high standard Data entry to ensure all information regarding staff, vehicles, equipment and customers is current and accurate Being available to be oncall on a rotational basis to assist customers and staff with outofhours queries Make deliveries and collection of Traffic and Hire equipment as required Qualifications Proven experience in a Supervisory role with comprehensive understanding of the Traffic Management OR Civil Construction Industry Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite as well as the ability to effectively pick up new software programs The ability to provide effective, confident and professional communication Proven time management, planning and organisational skills A strong focus on customer service Ability to multitask and prioritise Can do attitude towards handson support when needed to get the job done Victorian Traffic tickets and a Construction/White card Current Driver''s Licence What''s in it for you?
