Group Parts & Accessories Manager Maroochydore Were looking for a skilled and experienced leader to take charge of our Parts & Accessories departments across the group. This senior position plays a key role in ensuring strong performance, efficiency, and profitability. What Youll Be Doing Leading, coaching, and supporting Parts teams across multiple locations Managing inventory, purchasing, stock control, and stock turn Coordinating accurate, regular stocktakes across the group Working with suppliers on pricing, merchandising, and relationships Growing retail and wholesale accessories sales Improving processes to boost service levels and operational efficiency Using data to hit KPIs and drive profitability Supporting system upgrades and group-wide operational projects Contributing to ongoing eCommerce growth alongside the existing team What Were Looking For Proven experience in Parts & Accessories management (motorcycle, automotive, marine or similar) Strong leadership with the ability to influence across multiple sites Solid knowledge of inventory, stocktake, and dealership parts operations Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and supplier management skills A passion for motorcycles (preferred) What Youll Do Lead and support Parts & Accessories teams Oversee inventory, purchasing and stock control Manage a range of motorcycles and accessories Drive sales performance and meet KPIs About You Experienced in Parts & Accessories Strong leadership, people management and customer service Passionate about motorcycles Senior leadership role Competitive package Contact Email: ********@sunstatemotorcycles.com.auPhone: 07?5479?4344 #J-18808-Ljbffr
