This is a great opportunity to do values-based work supporting individuals with disability, during standard office hours M-F. As an Employment Consultant in the recently announced Inclusive Employment Australia, youll work closely with people with disability to connect them to sustainable employment opportunities. You will guide, support, and motivate participants on their journey to employment, while developing strong relationships with employers and support organisations. With the right attitude, you dont need experience. Sureways training and onboarding packages provide all the tools you need. If you have a positive attitude, experience with a variety of customer relationships, and solid administration skills you can succeed with us.
