We are seeking an experienced Resort Manager to lead frontofhouse operations, conferences and events, bar management, marketing, and customer service excellence at our premier Sunshine Coast resort. Resort Manager | Caloundra, QLD Sunshine Coast Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the frontofhouse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Plan and deliver seamless conferences, events, and functions. Oversee bar operations, staffing, stock control, and service standards. Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand visibility. Foster a culture of service excellence and operational efficiency across the resort. About You Proven leadership experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality management. Strong background in event management, bar operations, and marketing. Prior resort or hotel management experience is essential for this position. Australian work rights are essential for this position.
